Trek for Tomorrow

On 9 September 2023, ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day, a group of dedicated trekkers completed the challenging Brecon Beacons Horseshoe Ridge Walk to raise funds for the Mindstep Foundation and Boys in Mind.

Despite facing sweltering 30°C heat, the participants kept in high spirits and completed the trek, raising over £2,500 for suicide prevention.

Georgia Davies, a trustee of the Mindstep Foundation, eloquently summarizes the journey's purpose: "In the journey to prevent suicide, each step we take together brings us closer to a world where mental health is valued, stigma is shattered, and hope prevails."

Tracey Davies, co-founder and trustee of the Mindstep Foundation, extends her heartfelt thanks to all participants and supporters of the Brecon Beacons Horseshoe Ridge Walk. She said, "Your unwavering commitment to our cause is an inspiration, and your generosity fuels our mission to prevent suicide.”

For those inspired by this trek and the mission to prevent suicide, contributions to the cause can be made by visiting their donation page at Trek for Tomorrow - JustGiving. Every contribution, regardless of size, advances our mission of suicide prevention.
