Andys Man Club

The Mindstep Foundation partnered with Andy’s Man Club to set up a new talking group for men in Abergavenny, every Monday 7-9pm at Tithe Barn, Monk Street, NP7 5ND.

The clubs are a place for men to come together in a safe environment to talk about issues and problems they have faced or are currently facing. Andy’s Man Clubs take place every week across the UK. If you are not local to Abergavenny, you can find your nearest club here.

Please go along if you feel you need to chat. Follow the club Abergavenny Facebook Page here for updates.

Suicide Bereavement Support

Support is also available for those who have suffered a bereavement by suicide.

Help is at Hand is a resource for people bereaved through suicide or other unexplained death, and for those helping them.

The guide may be helpful if you are seeking information about what you might be feeling, practical matters you are likely to have to deal with and suggestions on further help and support in the weeks and months ahead.

There are two versions available for England or Wales.
