Marathons for Mindstep

A huge congratulations to our incredible fundraisers who have taken on marathons for Mindstep!

In September 2024, Jasmine Davies, Max’s sister, completed the Sydney Marathon raising over £2,000 for the charity. Although it was one of the most physically demanding Jasmine has undertaken she said that thinking about Max and the cause kept her going.

Mike Smith, also took on the Cardiff Half Marathon in October, impressively completing it in under 2 hours. Mike has always been a strong supporter of the charity and is one of the facilitators at Andy’s Man Club in Abergavenny, a peer-to-peer support group for men. Mike raised over £500 for our charity with his endeavours.

A huge shout out too to Signable, an electronic signature provider in Bristol, who had the brilliant idea of hosting a sports day to raise funds for Mindstep. The highlight included the fast-paced scotch egg and spoon race which resulted in some very happy winners. Thank you to the team at Signable!
