Wales Triathlon Cymru will take place in Fishguard on Saturday 18th June 2022. The triathlon has become a favourite amongst athletes of all abilities. The course involves a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle and a 13.1 mile run.
Mindstep also has places for the Sprint Triathlon, taking place on the same course on Sunday 19th June, which involves a 50 mile swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run.
If you choose to take part for Mindstep, you will receive a discounted registration fee, complimentary kit and fundraising support.
