We can help you fundraise for any event or help you set up your own. You will receive complimentary Mindstep kit and support from start to finish.

Great Bristol Run (10k & Half)
Each year, thousands of runners push their perseverance and passion to the limit and take on the super-scenic 10k and half marathon routes at the AJ Bell Great Bristol Run. If stunning views, inspiring history and graffiti murals are your thing, then the Great Bristol Run is right up your street.

Hackney Half
The race starts and finishes at Hackney Marshes. Runners follow a one lap route, passing sights such as the Hackney Empire, Broadway Market and London Fields. No need for headphones during this race! Live entertainment and DJs will keep you motivated and inspired on route.

Edinburgh Marathon
Starting in Edinburgh, the course heads out through East Lothian offering stunning views and an unforgettable running experience. The marathon route is one of the fastest in the UK making that elusive personal best a distinct possibility!

Tough Mudder UK
More than just running, Tough Mudder is the world's best obstacle course and mud run. Take on the challenge for Mindstep.

Cardiff Half Marathon
With Cardiff University Cardiff Half Marathon you can guarantee beautiful scenery, iconic landmarks and historic buildings. The flat route is ideal for seasoned runners and for those looking to take on their first half marathon challenge!

Royal Parks Half Marathon
This stunning central London Half Marathon, takes in some of the capital's world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London's eight Royal Parks - Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens.

Amsterdam Marathon
Gold labeled, Amsterdam marathon is a beautiful city marathon with thousands for participants yearly. The route is packed with things worth seeing in Amsterdam.
Paris Marathon
The Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris is now one of the biggest marathons in the world and perfectly combines a personal challenge with the chance to discover one of the world's greatest cities.

Brighton Marathon
The Brighton Marathon offers a picturesque coastal route, winding through the city streets and finishing along the glorious seafront.


Bath Half Marathon
The Bath Half Marathon is a 'big city' race, starting and finishing in Bath city centre. This course is fast and flat with proven potential to set a new personal best. There is no other day like it in Bath, with 15,000 runners setting off down Great Pulteney Street, and then returning to the same spot, 13.1 miles later.

Manchester Half Marathon
The Manchester Half is a 13.1 mile challenge that takes place every October, starting and finishing by Old Trafford, and is easily the biggest in the region with over 16,000 runners.

ASICS London 10k
Dash past iconic central London sights Big Ben, the London Eye and the River Thames in a 10K race to remember on Sunday 14th July 2024.

Trek for Tomorrow
Join the Mindstep Foundation and Boys in Mind, two charities working - and walking - in step to tackle young men's mental health and prevent suicide.

Mindstep Relay 23
Back for a third time, the Mindstep Relay will run Friday 5 May 5pm - Sunday 7 May 7pm.
You choose an hour timeslot to do any acitivity (run, sing, dance, DJ, anything) then pass the virtual baton to the next person. Last year, over a hundred relayers raised £12,000 for suicide prevention - let’s see what we can do this year!

Barcelona Marathon
The course of the Zurich Marató Barcelona is, according to the runners who have participated, one of the most spectacular in the world.

Wales Triathlon
Wales Triathlon Cymru will take place in Fishguard on Saturday 18th June 2022. The triathlon has become a favourite amongst athletes of all abilities. The course involves a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle and a 13.1 mile run.

Mindstep Relay
The Mindstep Lockdown Relay will run from 5pm on Friday 1st - Sunday 3rd April 2022. Each volunteer will be given a 1-hour time slot to complete an activity of their choice before they pass the virtual baton on the next volunteer!

Offa's Dyke Challenge
From the 25th to the 30th July 2021, eight determined Trekkers will begin the pilgrimage along the 177 miles of Offa’s Dyke, starting in Prestatyn and walking to Chepstow.

Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge
In June 2021, Max’s close friend, Nico, and his colleagues at Capita took on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge. The team completed the 25 mile walk and epic 7,000 ft climb in a swift 10 hours and 17 minutes and raised more than £3,000 for Mindstep.

The Lockdown Relay
In February, 120 people took part in the first Mindstep Lockdown Relay. The relay ran non-stop from 5pm Friday - 8pm Sunday (51 hours!), with every volunteer taking an hour each. We raised an incredible £17,500!

RLB Lockdown Challenge
Throughout the month of November 2020, members of Rider Levett Bucknall in Bristol took on an epic challenge in aid of the Mindstep Foundation.

Monmouth Schools Fundraiser for Mental Health Day
Thank you to Haberdashers Monmouth Schools who came together for Mental Health Awareness Week to raise money for the Mindstep Foundation and @youngmindsuk.

Lloyds Bank Virtual Quiz
Thank you to the Consumer Servicing Team at Lloyds Bank who raised £175 with a virtual quiz in aid of World Suicide Prevention Day last month.

Sunrise to Sunset London Walk
On Saturday 12th September, to mark World Suicide Prevention Day, Max’s best friend Oli Turney and his girlfriend Georgia Nicklin will be walking 40 miles across London. The walk will take them from sunrise to sunset, East to West, and they will be accompanied by friends at different stages.

World Suicide Prevention Day
On 10th September 2020, we mark World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) in support of worldwide commitment and action to prevent suicides.

Natalie & Zak's 12 Hour Mudder for Mindstep
On Saturday 22nd August, Zak and Nathalie will be undertaking a Europe’s Toughest Mudder in aid of the Mindstep Foundation. This impressive challenge will involve running as many laps as possible over the the course of 12 hours throughout the night!

The Mindstep Ultra Marathon
On Men’s Health Awareness Week, James Smith and Rudi Lewis announced The Mindstep Ultra Marathon. On the 18th/19th July, the pair will be undertaking the challenge which consists of running a 4.2 mile loop on the hour every hour for as long as they can endure.
