Sunrise to Sunset Walk across London raises £2,800
On 12th September 2020, Oli Turney and Georgia Nicklin completed their ‘Sunrise to Sunset Walk’ across London. Supported by several friends, they walked a total of 40 miles in 11.5 hours to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.

Team take on Europe’s Toughest Mudder
On Saturday 22nd August 2020, Max’s cousin Zak and his partner Natalie took on Europe’s Virtual Toughest Mudder completing an incredible 73km within the 12 hour time limit.
Two Years of the Mindstep Foundation
Mindstep began as a Go Fund Me page following Max’s tragic passing. It is thanks to the enormous generosity of others, that we have achieved registered charity status and raised over £70,000 towards mental health research, awareness and support.
Backyard Ultra Marathon raises over £9,000
At 6am on Saturday 18th July 2020, brothers James and Will Smith and Rudy Lewis set off on a mammoth Backyard Ultra Marathon completing 100 miles in just 24 hours. The team raised an incredible £9,000 for Mindstep.
Mindstep team up with Consumer Servicing Team at Lloyds Bank
Over the coming year, we will be working closely with the Customer Servicing Team as they help to raise awareness and funds to support the work of the Foundation.
Charity Single Released in aid of Mindstep
To mark nearly two years since Max’s passing, his good friend and talented singer, Joshua Phillips, recorded and released a beautifully poignant tribute song. “Singing Delilah” has been released via Bandcamp, with all proceeds very kindly being donated to the Mindstep Foundation.
